Project Manager-CRO

For DLL, we're hiring a Senior Project Manager CRO. 40 hours a week as a temporary replacement for 3 to 4 months.

As senior project manager you will initiate, set -up and manage strategic and high-profile Compliance Legal and/or Risk related projects. You will be part of the CRO Strategy and Project Management Office, which reports directly to the DLL CRO.

• Head of CRO Strategy & PM Office
• CRO Management Team
• Regions / Countries / Markets / GBUs
• Senior management DLL
 
Day to day:
• Member of the CRO Strategy & PM Office
• Defining business project plan including the deliverables and timelines
• Work closely with key stakeholder in each country / region / GBU / senior management depending on the project and ensure execution of the deliverables
• Work on larger and/or more complex projects (simultaneously) and potentially lead a project team (external consultants)
• Coordination with IT project managers for IT implementation
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Monitor overall project progress
• Deliver the business progress report, prepare agenda for the Steering Committee (if applicable) and ensure documentation thereof
• Develop and manage communication with senior stakeholders
 •Deliver content for some of the project deliverables
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Complexity will relate to among others; the Global nature, the potential resistance on progressive changes and senior stakeholder management

• A master’s degree in Business Economics, Law or Compliance
• Strong project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team player, but self-reliant in approach
• Analytical skills
• Risk awareness combined with commercial and entrepreneurial drive, capable to act on different levels and in a sensitivity way, stress tolerance and impactful
• Eagerness to learn and to improve processes
• Deep knowledge of work processes within DLL and Compliance, Legal, Risk.
• Experiences gained with international change programs, with proven ability to deliver in a complex environment
• Extensive senior Stakeholder Management experience
• Strong networking skills and international experience
• Experience with successfully embedding policies, procedures into a multi-national organization
• Experience working in a global environment and interacting with IT teams.
