or the Centre of Excellence Training team, we are looking for an experienced Trainer who is closely working with projects managers and documentalists in defining, maintaining and optimizing the training material in projects. It is his/her task to assure that the quality of these trainings remains high and applicable. This role will also have interactions with offshoring partners and travel is expected.

Main activities and responsibilities for her or him are:

• Identifying training and development needs in a dedicated project(s).
• Creation, standardization and maintenance of training material for in-house and off-shore courses.
• Designing training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
• Organizing trainings and train-the trainer sessions. Also give these trainings both internal and to off-shore partners.
• Assure that these trainings are given in a correct way via an assessment.
• Create tests/quizzes/certifications, present and report on these results.
• Collect information and create a clear message via different channels (e-mail, briefing, intranet)

• A university degree or equivalent by experience
• Minimum of 3 of 5 years’ experience in training and communication
• Excellent knowledge in English, written and spoken
• Strong relationship builder, excellent communicator
• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities and problem solver
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, self-starter attitude
• Ready to take ownership of tasks, manage them to their completion, and deliver under tight timelines with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international context
• Willingness to travel on a quarterly basis once the COVID situation allows it
• Proficient in MS Office, with medium to high level skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel,…
